This page explains how to delete data that MEDICI + MAESTRO LLC (“we,” “us”) has collected through our products and services, including the MaestroX Social client portal and any Facebook or Instagram integrations you have authorized.
Revoke Facebook & Instagram Access
If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to MaestroX Social, the fastest way to stop all future data flow is to revoke our access from your Meta account directly. You don’t need to contact us first.
- Open Facebook on web or mobile
- Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Open Business Integrations (sometimes labeled “Apps and Websites”)
- Find MaestroX Social in the list of active integrations
- Click Remove and confirm
Once revoked, our access tokens become invalid immediately and we will delete the stored copies of those tokens, along with any cached Page or Instagram metadata, within 30 days.
Request Deletion of Other Data
To request deletion of data we hold beyond what is automatically purged on revocation — for example, account information, scheduled posts that have already been published, performance metrics, or any data collected via other Connected Platforms — email us:

Please include:
- The name and email address associated with your MaestroX Social account
- The Facebook Page name(s) or Instagram username(s) if relevant
- A brief description of what you would like deleted (or “all data” for a complete account purge)
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security incident response, or compliance with an active legal obligation.
What We Cannot Delete
Some content cannot be deleted by us because it never lived in our systems in the first place — for example:
- Posts already published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account: those are owned by Meta and live on your Page. To remove them, delete them directly from Facebook or Instagram.
- Data held by Connected Platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.): each platform has its own data-deletion process. Use the appropriate platform settings or contact that platform directly.
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you
