Automatically Collected Information

The Company may automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. Use of Cookies

The Company’s websites may use cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web-page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize the Company’s pages or register with the Company’s services, a cookie helps the Company recall your specific information on subsequent visits.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Company’s services.

Facebook and Instagram Data

Certain Company services — including the MaestroX Social client portal — use Facebook Login for Business to allow our agency clients to connect Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts. When you authorize this connection, we receive:

  • Facebook Page identifiers, names, and categories for the Pages you grant access to
  • Instagram Business account identifiers and usernames linked to those Pages
  • A long-lived System User access token issued by Meta, used to publish content scheduled by you or your authorized agency users

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We use this data exclusively to publish, schedule, and report on content you authorize, and to surface basic account information in the portal UI. We do not sell, rent, or share Facebook- or Instagram-derived data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

You may revoke our access at any time via Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → MaestroX Social → Remove. On revocation, we delete the associated access tokens within 30 days. To request deletion of any other Facebook- or Instagram-derived data we hold, see our Data Deletion Instructions or contact privacy-support@mx2.llc.
