The team at Country Financial chartered a course for their off-site incentive trip in Miami, Florida at the iconic Fontainebleau Hotel where top performing employees & executives would spend one week relaxing, learning, and connecting. To culminate an already incredible week of events and activities, top management wanted to bring in a national artist to perform live for the company… but there was also a catch – this performance needed to be kept a surprise for all 800+ guests in attendance.

In partnership with TBN Entertainment, our team worked closely with Country Financial to deliver Grammy Award winning artist John Legend as that surprise feature artist. Also negotiated into the deal by our team was autographed photos, a meet & greet, and a limited run commemorative event poster. All of this was achieved while coming in approximately 15% under the client’s talent budget for the event.
