MEDICI + MAESTRO is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team of marketers, strategists, and creatives. This is a full-time, client-facing role built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands the ins and outs of agency life, and knows how to turn big-picture goals into buttoned-up execution.

As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the go-to liaison between our clients and internal teams—owning relationships, building trust, and keeping every project on course. From strategy development to final deliverables, you’ll bring clarity, energy, and attention to detail at every step of the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of clients across a range of industries
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, media, social, content, and traditional)
  • Translate client goals into actionable briefs and ensure internal teams are aligned for flawless delivery
  • Manage scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Build and maintain strong, honest relationships with clients based on trust and proactive communication
  • Anticipate needs, surface strategic opportunities, and help drive account growth
  • Present strategies, timelines, creative work, and performance results with confidence and clarity
  • Stay sharp on industry trends to help guide smarter, more informed marketing decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in an agency setting managing client accounts
  • Strong track record of leading cross-channel campaigns from concept to completion
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, content strategy, and creative production
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to juggle priorities and manage details without losing sight of the big picture
  • Confident, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-first approach
  • Bonus: Familiarity with media planning, paid performance campaigns, or analytics
